Will be provided to those that sign up for the service. Someone must be at the home to sign that the client has been picked up and dropped off. Client will be picked from home and returned to home. Transpiration will start with the furthest client when picking up and dropping off ending with the closest client to the center.

There will be a staff on the bus to assist when needed.

It is stated in the plan that someone must be at the home at pick up and drop off times for the client’s safety, then someone must there. If no one is there 2 times in a row, then the client would need to find their own transportation for the rest of the week.

Before the client can return to riding the bus to the center. The team would have to meet to discuss the issues around transportation.
